TruStreet Build Your Kit (2018 - 2024 F150)

Here is our option for you to build out a custom turn key kit to fit your exact needs. From turbos, to fueling, to tune to every last nut and bolt needed. The hot side is constructed with 304 stainless steel and the manifolds are constructed from 1 5/8" cnc mandrel bent tubing. Each turbo kit is made in America by our partners at Kooks Headers located in Statesville NC. Every kit is paired with a set of HPT turbos and we have multiple size options. The intercooler is a Shearer Fabrication 5.5" core designed and produced specifically for our kits.

 

Each Kit Includes the following

• Stainless steel tubular manifolds manufactured by Kooks
• manifold bolt sets
• Wastegates that recirculate to downpipes (options are VS Racing and TiAL, black in color)
• Stainless steel 3" downpipes with O2 bungs and a third O2 bung in drivers side pipe for additional options
• Stainless Steel Downpipe connection pipe Stepped 3-2.5” that bolts directly to factory exhaust (Kooks Y pipe is optional)
• Choice of HPT turbos 
• turbo support brackets
• Set of Turbo blankets
• -10AN turbo drain flanges
• Turbo oil drain lines made to length with PTFE -10AN with crimped fittings
• Turbo oil feed lines made to length with PTFE -4AN with crimped fittings
• All oil feed and return line fittings as well as bulkhead -10AN fitting for oil pan return
• Shearer Fabrication 5.5" intercooler with BOV flange installed 
• 50mm Blow off valve (options are VS Racing and TiAL, black in color)
• intercooler mounting brackets and hardware 
• 3" stainless steel intercooler piping from turbos to intercooler
• 3.5" stainless steel intercooler charge pipe to throttle body
• All silicone couplers in black that are needed for cold side piping
• Stainless steel T-bolt clamps for all coldside couplers
• Air filters
• O2 extension harness sets
• AC line if truck is a 21+ model
