From the factory Ford's Focus RS has much to improve upon, especially in its suspension set up. The stock sway bars are small in diameter and are not nearly strong or stiff enough for any performance enthusiast. Upgrading your RS' sway bars to a thicker and stiffer bar will go a long way in improving the overall handling of your Focus RS. Both bars are 25.4m in diameter compared to the stock 22mm bar. Designed to increase stiffness in the front by 25% while the Steeda Rear Sway Bar was designed to increase stiffness in the rear by 70%. Having a stiffer sway bar in the rear of you RS will help with reducing understeer.
