Tensioner Pulley & Idler Pulley Kit
2015 & Newer Dodge Challenger & Charger Hellcat, Trackhawk, Demon, Redeye, and other supercharged SRT applications
Important Note: Dodge used two different tensioner assemblies over the course of Hellcat production, and the pulleys configurations to fit these tensioners are very different. Dodge used the Dayco 68222744AD assembly in early applications, and the Mopar 53011558AA assembly in later applications. Please choose the style of tensioner pulley needed to fit the tensioner on your vehicle from the drop-down box.
This kit includes two heavy-duty idler pulleys: a double-bearing grooved pulley to replace the OEM steel unit used on the belt tensioner for the supercharger drive, and a double-bearing smooth idler pulley to replace the OEM unit directly beneath the supercharger pulley.
These CNC-machined billet pulleys are machined from solid 6061 aluminum, and each is fitted with two high-speed, high-load, double-seal roller bearings. As shown, each pulley includes a matching bearing cover and the appropriate stainless steel socket-head fastener. The rear side and belt surface of each pulley is hardcoat anodized in black to resist wear and maximize supercharger belt life.
These pulleys install as direct replacements for the original pulleys, with no special tools required, and no belt change is necessary. The included tensioner pulley is slightly oversize to optimize belt wrap at the supercharger pulley. Both pulleys measure 76mm (about 3") in diameter.
In the standard configuration, this pulley set includes the (2) pulleys: the one grooved pulley to replace the pulley on the tensioner arm and the one smooth pulley to replace the idler pulley directly beneath the supercharger. A third smooth idler pulley is available as an option in the kit to replace the other smooth idler pulley located lower on the engine.
