1200+ rwhp capable return fuel system with uncompromised hose routing. The feed line is split by our compact y-block, fed to both rails, then each rail is connected to our F2i regulator.

This is a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers and tuners must be able to interface to the OE harness and FPDM, understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components, but we will not assist with tuning and/or interfacing to the OE harness, ECU, or FPDM(s).1

• 1996-1998 requires 1999-2004 fuel tank and level sender (recommend 2003-2004 Cobra tank)

Electrical Upgrade

None: base module configuration, 6" [150mm] of pump power wire protrude from top of hermetic seal

 

FC2 Controller with 6 gauge wiring:

- Operates both pumps simultaneously, using factory control

- Best for controlling two small fuel pumps for street duty, or two large fuel pumps for track use only (due to fuel heat)

- May be used for control of secondary pumps with triple module IF [a small] primary pump can be run by OEM harness

- Includes 14' [4.2m] of 6 AWG power wire and 100 amp fuse

- Includes 3' [.9m] of 6 AWG ground wire with ring terminal

- Includes 7' [2.1m] 12 AWG pump leads and sealed Delphi connector at pump module

 

FC3 Staged Controller with 4 gauge wiring:

- Operates secondary pump(s) independently from primary pump using factory control in conjunction with a secondary trigger source.

- Best for controlling two or three large fuel pumps for street duty and minimizing heat

- Includes 14' [4.2m] of 4 AWG power wire and 100 amp fuse

- Includes 3' [.9m] of 4 AWG ground wire with ring terminal

- Includes 7' [2.1m] 12 AWG pump leads and sealed Delphi connector at pump module

Fuel Filter Upgrades

Upgrade to 128mm Filter

- Upgrade from standard 88mm filter to 128mm filter length for more filtration capacity and more time between service intervals.

 

Billet Mounting Bracket

- Use it to mount filter under car body, show quality installation to secure mounting of filter assembly for ease of maintenance

 

Filter Monitoring Gauge and Fitting

- Use to monitor fuel pressure before filter to inspect filter health. A higher pressure before filter indicates loss across the filter. If ignored, substantial filter obstruction will lead to reduced pump performance, shortened pump life, and higher fuel heat. Fitting is includes to allow precise orientation of pressure gauge.

- Our Boost / Vacuum manifold kit includes the following: Fore Innovations Boost / Vacuum Manifold (3 x 1/4" barb fittings, 4 x plugs)

 

Fuel Pump Warranty: Fore Innovations guarantees fuel pumps purchased from us operate according to the pump manufacturer's specification when new. After the pump(s) are placed into service, many variables beyond our control will dictate the lifespan and continued performance level of your fuel pumps. If you suspect your fuel pump(s) are damaged, Fore Innovations can help with diagnosis, corrective measures, and facilitation of replacement pump(s). However, only the original manufacturer of the fuel pump (such as TI Automotive, Walbro, etc.) will be able to evaluate whether or not you are eligible for a warranty claim due to a quality issue.
