Pump suits All Hellcat models
Sick and tired of the factory intercooler pump?
This is the solution you need!

The factory pump likes to suck fluid not push like a normal pump, for this reason, the pump actually requires a flow restriction to run!
The flow restriction dramatically slows your flow rate which then increases the intake temps when under boost (when you need as much flow as possible).

We have taken the stock pump, replicated the water ports to ensure your factory hoses simply plug onto the pump.
We have then replicated the mounting bracket to ensure the pump bolts up exactly the same way as factory.

Electrical wiring:
Pick up power from the fuel pump fuse (or similar power supply that only has power when the engine is running), have that power trigger a relay. Relay then has its own power supply.
Have the relay power output go to both positive wires on the pump (twist wires 1 and 3 together).
Ground both negative wires (twist 2 and 4 together) to a good non painted body surface or negative terminal and you are done.
If you are looking for a powerful aftermarket pump this is it, on car flow rate data (the only data that counts – advertised flow rates are from one empty fish tank into another and do not account for intercooler flow restrictions, so a pump that can flow under high pressure is essential) And the CWA400 is exactly that pump! High flow/High Pressure

The Pierburg CWA400 shows extremely good flow data for pressure, which is exactly what we are chasing, most pumps simply cannot push through the flow restrictions of intercoolers, heat exchangers and our interchiller. With the CWA400 we are seeing on car flow rates around 9.24gal per min (35L per min)

We have our CWA400 pumps programmed to run at their max speed, without the need of a PWM controller.
Pump is also reprogrammed to keep running at temps below 32F (0c) normally this model pump would turn off!
Simply hardwire the pump, as per the above wiring diagram and it will run, no need for expensive controllers. Just wire it up!

Pump includes pre crimped electrical harness

  • Operation voltage: 8-16 volts
  • Weight: approx. 4.73lbs (2.15 kg)
  • Current consumption: 35.5A (36.3A max when pump is highly flow restricted, most cars will run 15-20amp.)/ (approx. 0.2mA in standby mode)
  • Speed: approx. 5900 rpm
  • Protection: IP67
