This "Beefcake" classic is perfect for holidays and summer cookouts at the track!
Cradle Bushing Lockout
BMR’s CB010 Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit is designed to reduce cradle bushing deflection, which is one of the biggest causes of wheel hop. 100% bolt-on kit use existing bolt holes and hardware, allowing for easy installation with simple hand tools. Once installed, the Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit reduces bushing and cradle deflection with nearly no change in NVH. BMR’s CB010’s billet aluminum upper bushing lockout rings capture the inner bushing sleeve (front and rear) and the outer lip of the bushing cup on the cradle (front). The lower bushing locating washers (front) capture the bottom portion of the bushings’ inner sleeves. By capturing both parts of the bushings’ inner sleeves, movement on any plane (fore/aft, lateral, and vertical) is nearly eliminated. Works on Convertible model S550 Mustangs. Compatible with Steeda and other brand IRS Subframe “Braces”
Vertical Links
The TCA048’s heavy-duty construction eliminates vertical link flex, giving you much improved repeatability on the street, starting line, or in the corners. BMR’s heavy-duty polyurethane bushings are designed to link the spindle to the lower control arm, reducing deflection and wheel alignment changes. Built from 0.75-x1.5-inch steel tubing. CNC Machined Beveled Bushing Sleeve for top mounts. CNC Machined lower bushing inner sleeves.
Spherical Lower Control Arm Bearing
The large spherical bearings in BMR’s rear Lower Control Arm Spherical Bearing Kit simply eliminate bushing deflection, transferring power instead of absorbing it. BMR Suspension’s rear Lower Control Arm Spherical Bushings (BK081) drastically decreases lower control arm movement by eliminating deflection of the factory rubber bushings. BMR uses heavy-duty 1-inch spherical bearings in machined bearing cups to replace the factory rubber bushings. kit installs in place of the OE rubber bushing, nearly eliminating lower control arm movement by solidly linking the rear portion of the lower control arm to the cradle. This eliminates almost all lower control arm movement, reducing wheel hop and increases handling stability, while giving you a much improved overall feel in any performance driving situation. Heavy-duty 1-inch spherical bearings. Machined bearing cups
