NEW! Kooks Shorty Headers for GM Trucks

Kooks Headers and Exhaust is announcing a new product line for Light Duty Trucks & SUVs. The Kooks Torque Series is aimed at providing a solution for customers who are looking for a factory manifold replacement with a performance gain for their street driven truck. These headers are designed to be used with factory catalytic converters and include provisions for additional emissions systems where applicable.The First release in the Kooks Torque Series comes in the form of headers for 1999-2013 GM 1500 Series Trucks and SUVs. Both of these header options are made in high quality 304 grade stainless steel with 3/8” thick flanges, heavy duty 16 Ga. primary tubes that step from 1-5/8” to 1-3/4”, our patented scavenging spikes and one-piece collectors. The outlet of the headers features 3/8” thick 3-bolt flanges to connect to the OEM exhaust allowing for a direct bolt-on installation.

Each kit will include installation hardware, and all required gaskets.

Part# 28501110 fits 1999-2002 vehicles with 4.8L, 5.3L and 6.0L engines, and includes connections to retain the function of the factory EGR system.

Part# 28501120 fits 2003-2013 vehicles with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L and 6.2L engines.
