Like the 4150 throttle body, the 4500 also works fine as a street/strip unit, and is particularly suited to the larger displacement engines.
If you would like to switch from a carburetor intake to electronic fuel injection (EFI), Accufab has developed a high flow throttle body to meet your needs.
Better Air Flow for More Power: The Accufab 4500 flows 2128 CFM and has four 2-1/4? brass throttle plates.
This style uses late model GM electronics (TPS and IAC) which are included. Also, the 4500 series utilizes progressive linkage.
We offer an idle air control block off plate. Its available polished or anodized black.
Accessories Included: 4500 Series throttle body includes a throttle body gasket, throttle position sensor (TPS) and idle air control sensor (IAC) with appropriate mounting screws for the sensors only.
