Race Proven Performance for the NEW S650 Platform
The New 2024 Mustang S650 platform has a lot of similar features to the S550 but the updated styling and some of the redesigned components have led to some pretty exciting new products. One of those is the all new Supercharger Kit from Procharger. With the New Dual Throttle Body setup and other updates on the S650's Coyote Engine Procharger has been hard at work developing and testing their new kit to ensure that it meets the high demands of our customers. After the kit made it's debut at the SEMA show there has been a steady buzz in the Mustang Market.
What Makes the Procharger one of the Top Kits on the Market?
So what makes Procharger one of the best kits available for the new S650 Mustang? The R&D that goes into these kits ensures that it works as efficient as possible without sacrificing quality and looks. The Engineers at Procharger have tapped into their experience that was developed from previous Gen Kits for the S197 and S550 Coyotes to get you the most for your money.
Inlet Location
Procharger has placed the blower inlet location in the best spot to ensure that it is fed the coolest outside air. By placing it clost to the wheel it allows air that comes up through the wheel well to flow directly into the inlet helping to keep IAT's down.
More Cooling
Using the same Massive Intercooler Core as the GT350 Kits and 3.5" tubing the Procharger Kits provide unrestrictive airflow that is at or near ambient air temps.
Blower Technology
Unlike the S197 kits, Procharger uses a "reverse orientation" on the S550 as well as the New S650 Kits. This allows them to move the supercharger closer to the centerilne of the engine. What does that mean? It allows for the use of a shorter belt, stiffer brackets and reduced loads on the crankshaft. Procharger prides themselves on being the only MFG to use Aircraft Grade Billet Aluminum for the Bracket, Gearbox, and Impeller of their blowers.
Emphasis on Efficiency
Remember earlier when when we talked about Procharger making their kits as efficient as possible? We weren't lying, to get the most out of their kits Procharger focused heavily on impeller aerodynamics to help achieve some of the highest HP numbers for Centrifigual Superchargers in the industry.
Making Sure Everything is Right
Testing to make sure everything is good is a given, but making sure everything surpasses expectation is the Procharger way. Some only test on the Dyna but Procharger goes the extra mile, literally. Extensive road and track testing is performed mimic how you the customer will drive your car. Procharger takes the time to perfect and tweak the ECU/PCM calibrations for optimal drivability, reliability and power.

Another perk of Prochargers Kits is that they are DIY friendly and can be completed with moderate mechanical skills and common hand tools. With bullet proof detailed instructions and some of the best fitment in the industry novice customers have been able to install kits in as fast as an afternoon. So grab some of you friends and a few cases of beer and make it a party. Another Perk to the Procharger Kits is there are NO permanent modifications to that car so everything is reversable. No cutting or trimming required.
How Much Boost Can I Expect Out Of the Box
So if you are like us you are wondering how much boost will this kit produce right out of the box? According to Procharger the 2024+ Mustang Kit provides 12psi of boost. The Procharger engineers while trying to deliver as much power as possible also want to maintain safe engine paramenters so finding the balance between power and reliability.
Power Gains
At 12 psi of boost, the Procharger Supercharger Kit gives the 2024+ Mustang S650's 5.0L Coyote a pretty substantial boost in power. At that boost level the kit is capable of 800+ Horsepower. Lets face it that is more than plenty for the street or track. It's a good thing the S650 Taillights looks so good because a lot of people will be seeing them as the S650 pulls away. As fun as these cars are stock the fun that can be had with a Procharger Kit is unmeasurable.
What's That? You Want More?
Lets face it, sometimes you want the ( + ) in 800+ HP. If this is you well guess what, once tuning is unlocked and these kits can really be dialed in you can turn things up, and if the past gen Coyote motors have told us anything then the power levels achievable are gonna be as high as inflation. That's right combination of supporting mods and tuning this system is designed to grow with your power needs so you are not stuck at a specific range.
Dual or Single Throttle Body
So Procharger is keeping the Dual Throttle Body design for their Supercharger Kits on the 2024 Mustang. So when you install the Procharger System on your 2024+ Mustang GT you will retain the factory dual throttle body, to maintain the efficiency of the intake setup. This will also help with keeping throttle response precise and crisp.
Warranty
So does Procharger Offer a Warranty? The answer is yes, yes they do. Procharger offers some peace of mind with a warranty on the supercharger itself, but there is also an available 3-Year/36,000 Mile Powertrain Warranty if you choose that option. That is just a testament to Prochargers customer support and the confidence they have in their kits ability to make power while keeping reliability on the table.

Tuner Kits for a More Custom Setup
If you are planning on adding or have other modifications such as a fuel system and plan to run E85 or have other engine mods like heads, cams, headers, etc the a tuner kit will right up your alley. These kits are essentially identical to the HO and Stage II kits minus fuel component upgrades, and tuning. Given the custom aspect of tuner kits they will not be emissions certified like the complete kits.
